Shipping, returns & privacy
Shipping
Every piece is packed by hand in Kerala and shipped across India. Orders usually leave within 2–4 working days, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as it ships — we'll send it on WhatsApp too if you'd rather.
Returns & exchanges
If something doesn't fit, message us within 5 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange where possible. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and with tags. Custom-made and sale pieces are final sale.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Shopify, with card payments processed by Razorpay. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and are never seen or stored by us. Orders are paid for at checkout — we don't offer cash on delivery.
Your privacy
We store only your name, contact details and delivery address — the minimum needed to send your order. Orders and accounts live in Shopify, and payments are handled by Razorpay; neither we nor they share your details for anything beyond fulfilling your order. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask. Write to us any time to have your account deleted.
Care
Handloom softens with love. Hand wash separately in cold water for the first few washes, dry in shade, and iron on reverse. Real zari prefers a gentle hand.
